Please read everything carefully!
It's important you understand what I can offer to you as a customer.At the moment I offer character art commission (OCs or fanart works), Illustration commission, and chibi arts. If you want to order, it's for PERSONAL USE ONLY.If you're interested in collaboration with me in a commercial way, please contact me first at [email protected] !At the moment, I can accept up to 2 characters (any style) per commission and up to 3 chibi characters per commission. If I receive many inquiries, I'll set up a waiting list.Turn-around time is longer due to full-time job (80%) among other art projects. However, I'm striving to be finished with your commission within a month (the bigger commission, the longer it takes to finish).♣ GENERAL RULES ♣
I accept SFW, fanart, your OCs, cartoony animals - you must provide me with image references! Minor text descriptions are fine. If you only can provide text descriptions of your character, the commissions will take longer and the price will be higher.I encourage using image references, even Google stock images if you must, and a simple stick figure for poses, anything works! (However, if you use GenAI as reference, I will decline your commission).I do accept NSFW as well (to a certain degree), however please contact me first before inquiring - I have the right to decline a commission if the theme in question is uncomfortable for me.I will not accept the following themes:
- mecha
- realistic animals
- hyper-realism
- Hate-Speech
- Anti-HBTQ/Ableism and so forthIf you're unsure of what I can offer, please take a look at my art for examples. You may also ask me beforehand!My art is not intended for use for NFT nor for crypto-like values. I'm not interested. If my art is seen as NFT somewhere, it is stolen and was never approved by me! It is prohibited to use my art to train AI.----Once you send your inquiry, I'll take a look at it and contact you through e-mail if I accept or decline your inquiry!The process goes like this:
- Customer sends inquiry though my Google form (located at HOME), I either accept or decline the commission.
- Contact is usually through e-mail or Bluesky (e-mail preferably).
- Once accepted (and paid upfront) I will start working.
- I show the customer a sketch -> Line art + color scheme -> rendered.
- During every process I will always show a preview in case revisions are needed. Once I reach rendering it will be difficult to ask for revisions due to the complexity.
- Feedback and honesty is appreciated! Once customer is happy with everything, I will send them the full version.♣ PAYMENT ♣
- Payment through PayPal Invoice only.
- I accept payment upfront before I start with the commission.
- If the customer decides to use partial payment (depending on the total), the half of the amount must be paid upfront before the project starts and the other half will be paid at the end of the project.
- I do not accept any refunds.♣ PERSONAL USAGE ♣
- Customer may use the commission for personal use.
- Customer may print at home for themselves.
- Customer is not allowed to make copies of the commission and
sell them for personal gain.
- Customer will receive previews of their commission by e-mail
or Bluesky.
- The images may not be altered or edited, ask the artist for permission. However, if you want to crop the
image for avatars, and banners and alike, that is okay and no permission is needed for that.
- The images will be delivered as high-resolution JPGs (or other formats if needed).
- Customer is allowed to use the commission as a header, profile image, and so forth.
- Credit is appreciated if used!
- Iterations/revisions of the commissions are allowed few times, as long as the artist will know before-hand and not until the very end of the project.
- Customer is NOT ALLOWED to use the commission for commercial use - please contact me through e-mail.
